About me

Hi, I’m Briar, a learning designer who can turn complex ideas into engaging, learner-centered experiences. I specialize in eLearning and curriculum design, and focus on creating practical, real-world learning that people can actually use on the job.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with the Department of Education, The Resilience Project, and various other organisations to design courses and programs that improve performance and confidence, not just completion rates.

My process is collaborative and evidence-informed, drawing on adult learning principles, clear learning outcomes, and data to continuously refine and improve what we create together.

I believe learning should feel relevant, accessible, and respectful of people’s time. That’s why I love partnering with clients to uncover their real challenges and design solutions that fit their context—whether that’s a short digital module, a full learning journey, or a blended program with coaching and practice.

When I’m not designing learning, you’ll find me enjoying outdoor adventures or practicing yoga.

If you’re ready to create learning that actually changes how people think and work, I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together!

Based on the evidence-based principles of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness (GEM) and Emotional Literacy, this program equips children with lifelong wellbeing habits, builds educator resilience and empowers families to support wellbeing at home.
